During longer outages, the city sets up “Points of Invincibility” – basically spots where you can warm up, charge devices, get water and internet. You can find them through chatbots or just ask locals nearby. Honestly, it’s pretty helpful if power is out for a while, especially in winter. Kyiv is quite organized about this stuff now.
